This is a vintage Victor Costa Occasion silk top from the early 2000s. Victor Costa Occasion was a line designed to be sold on QVC. This lightweight semi sheer button up silk blouse is a long tunic length with red enamel and gold tone buttons. It features a delicate repeating embroidered tear drop pattern adorned with tiny black round beads for just a little bit of sparkle. This top features double button cuffs and side slits for a more comfortable fit. It would look great styled as is, worn over a cami, or worn unbuttoned as a layering overpiece for another top or dress.
